Most of the coders have been pretty good about this, although there has been
some resistance to actually documenting their code.

I think it would be a *very* good idea to set it up on
http://www.sourceforge.net. It's got a full set of free tools, including:
- home page hosting
- CVS (version control)
- bugtracking
- a discussion forum
All these are optional; I suspect that people might be put off with having
to deal with CVS, but it could get rid of some headaches on your part.
I'll have to change the license on Win32Lib to one of the many available
Open Source licences, but I'll have to do that anyway.
