Jesus, Greg, or anybody else that can help:
I'm working on a utility project using srvsckip.ew (formerly winsock.ew) =
and seem to have hit an impasse. This is a general winsock client, where =
the user supplies a host name / address and a port number and winsock =
tries to connect. Sounds simple, right? But upon tracing my dilemna, it =
seems the c_func(cGetHostByAddr....) never returns a successful value. =
Whether the address is picked up through WsockHostInfo or whether it's =
passed directly, the result is the same: error.
Does anybody have a solution?
BTW: I tested it on several different machines and network (or not) =
configurations, all with the same result.
