Protection in Chat-rooms

Hi All.
Was wondering if anyone here has ever written, or knows of, a Euphoria
program that prevents "flooding" on-line. Occasionally, I like to use
Snap's chat rooms (www.snap.com), but lately the flooding and "nuking"
has really gotten out of hand, and it's not unusual for me to get kicked
out of the chat rooms three or four times in a matter of an hour or so,
each time requiring at least a soft boot and resulting in much
aggravation and wasted time.
It seems to me most of it is done by flooding the victim's modem with
data. I have obtained a couple patches (including the one for the
TCP/IP bug in Win95), but they don't seem to help. I still get "nuked".

Has anyone here written any "anti-nuke" programs in Euhporia, such as a
"firewall" URL or a flood "shield" that I can use? I would even be
willing to pay for it as long as it does what I want it to do and
provided the price is reasonable. Or, perhaps you could refer me to a
site where I could download a freeware/shareware program.
TIA,
Frank
P.S. Heck, at this point, and after all that discussion, I don't even
care if the program is written in Perl ;=)
