Binary I/O Operations?

This could well be a problem brought on by old age, but I can't find a Euphoria function that allows me to read and write binary I/O. I can create a new binary file using the "wb" variant of open, but all of the I/O statements seem to deal exclusively with strings, and I need to be able to write and read raw integers. TIA!
