It is a cultural difference. The US (at least large parts of it) is a country where, for example, people want to kill anybody that happens to be in front of them on the freeway. Sometimes they do, if they think they can get away with it. Always assume you're dealing with 5-year-olds with a bad temper (and access to atomic weapons). You won't be far from the truth. Irv
