Sorry about the really long post.  I didn't realize how long that was =
until after I sent it getlost  I also forgot to mention that the dialog only =
works from Customer -> New and that only the OK button has any effect.  =
You could've figured this out by looking at the code, but why make your =
lives difficult <G>.  Anyway, I hope this helps you and give me any =
feedback you might have.
