Re: update to GUI stuff

I have updated my GUI pkg as follows:

1. Added Pete's new mighty.e mouse routines
2. Added a properties inspector (right click on any object)
3. Added a code browser to the game web page (kinda tutorial)
plus various cosmetic mods (colored system info displays, etc)

Also, for downloading convenience, I have taken the clouds.bmp
out of the package. It is available separately. The GUI itself,
along with the game or database program, is now about 60k.
