Hmmm. Okay. I think I see what you are trying to do. The URL you would use would look something like this: http://www.exit9to5.net/cgi-bin/maxsponder/maxadmin.cgi?removeflag=N&email=j oe at joespage.com&function=global3 The part where it says: "removeflag=N" is the part that adds or removes. N = remove Y = add the "email=joe at joespage.com" would be the email address to add/remove.
