Hi Karl:

I downloaded IUP and all the docs, examples, etc. but I'm unable to get any 
of it to work. Can't link to the .so libraries,  can't run tests because no 
config files, and make only returns  "MAKEFILE:14 *** missing separator.  
Stop." everywhere. Line 13 says: Regra Geral

Sorry, I can't handle both C and Portuguese at the same time.
