Try searching Microsoft's site ( http://www.microsoft.com ). They should
have it there. Win32 is a set of 32 bit libraries (mainly) that allow 32
bit software to run on 16bit Windows but I wouldn't think of it as a
cheap way of upgrading to Win95
If you're getting a new machine
buy the one that comes with Windows95 or Windows NT if you can afford
it.
