EGA Palette

PCX files store an EGA Palette.
I would like to know how to use the EGA Palette in Euphoria.

I know that Euphoria makes use of the VGA RGB Palette.
But I would like to know if I can make use of the EGA Palette.
If so, how?

PS: I assume that other Picture formats may also use the EGA
    Palette.
