For cg syntax file you can visit the source site:

http://www.code-genie.com/main.html

then click  UserFiles and you'll see a lot of different
syntax files for many main languages, 
Euphoria is one of these main modern languages too  

But there is my package with ed.ex rewrote in Russian,
try please:

This ed.ex, red now, has built-in syntax highlighting
for all the standard RDS Euphoria routines, both in English
and in Russian variants, for the built-in routines both in English
and in Russian variants and for all global Win32Lib routines
for v0.57.9 (currently only in English).  That red editor runs 
interpreters with unlimited alphabet, so you can write your
Euphoria programs in any language (currently except  for the 
Eastern ones).

Try please, maybe this red package is not so bad.

The Code-Genie editor is very very good, excellent one,
but ed.ex is an old good pure Euphoria multiplatform
editor with unlimited perspective, I think.
