Some general format is needed so that the system always = know how to handle these "objects", and knows how to compare one = "object" with another "object". The meaning og these "objects" is = releated to the messages that passes through the system .... or related = to other objects... nothing more. I say nothing else that if a problem is to be solved inside the Eu = community, then the Eu language must have the power to handle the = problem. Otherwise the problem is beyond the reach of the Eu community.
