Hullo, > * To encourage people to use Euphoria? > * To improve how people use Euphoria? > * To expose people to areas of computing they might not have studied? > * To fill an area that is currently lacking in Euphoria? > * Libraries/tools/applications in a particular area? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. I was not touching Euphoria for a year because I simply had nothing to work on. I am not a programmer so I am not forced to improve my old CGIs or to create new things. As I have a full time job I don't even think of starting a new very complex project. I wouldn't have time for it. But I'd be delighted if I could spend a few hours with thinking how to help out somebody with some short and easy routines. > Personally I wouldn't like a graphics demo ... but might particapte > if it's a full game. I agree. Originally I thought of a contest to create some include files to convert certain binary files. Like Write, Word, Excel to a simple EU sequence. Or similarly to the "Open File" dialog a "Choose Directory" could be created for Win32lib. I don't know whether these would be useful at all for any of the running projects or the EU community in general. Best regards, Salix P.S. 5 bucks MicroEconomy money is a real driving force for me!
