[Old Topic]: Help testing transparentBlt function (for PatRat)

What version of MSIMG32.DLL are you using?  The reason I ask is that I 
was playing with this function on my Win98 system and it leaked quite 
bad.  When I looked it up on msdn.microsoft.com, they acknowledged the 
leak and said it was fixed in the version shipped with Windows ME.  They 
also provided a workaround for doing transparent blts.  This workaround 
looks like what David Cuny used when he wrote transBlt for Win32Lib...
