Allright,
After seeing some of you miss the URL due to a Period on the end, the URL is:

Also, I made an emergency patch to the soop_debug.e file, which didn't have
a closing ) on one of the if statements.  The new version has been uploaded
to the website, and I apologize, as that was a minor thing I changed when
I was writting the documentation.  The version will remain the same, since
It's only a minor patch.
