I could have took over the world then! Darnit, oh well. Guess I better behave now (Yeah right). Welcome back Judith, in any case. > I first need to come up to speed with the new Euphoria version, Win32lib v60.5 > and > 60.6 and Forum reported > problems with Enhanced IDE. Well, I'm not certian about certian stuff, as I have not been keeping up with Win32lib's progress fully, I do know that Derek finally added in a way to define custom controls, but has not documented anything. Naughty Derek! :P As for Eu 2.5, the only worth while feature in it, IMHO, is the crash_routine() that all of us Win32 Programmers have been desprately wanting for ages. And I'm sure there are a few Linux programmers out there that are also relived to finally get some measure of control over when Euphoria crashes out on us. I know that there's a few bug fixes from 0.60.4 to 0.60.5, but I couldn't cite them off to ya off hand. There's been more bugs found since the release of the more recent Win32lib, from what I have read on the list. > I can only work a couple of hours a day with the computer so progress with > Enhanced > IDE is going to be very > slow. I know how that feels. I'm getting the same kind of reduction on computer time, and it's taking away from my plans to rule the world. Dangit, behave Mario, Behave! :P I am getting work done on POOP (PHPized Object Oriented Programming), soon to be renamed SOOP (Simplistic Object Oriented Programming), which will ease the job of so many Object Oriented programmers, as well as give new features, that would make every Euphoria Programmer Drool. Oh yes, this reminds me. For thoes of you who are using POOP, there is a bug that I discovered, with Classes defined as members. When in the creation process, it will assign the Class Constructors of the Parent class, to the Member Class. This will be fixed in SOOP 1.0. I'm hopeful to have this thing released by the end of the week, if not sooner. But no garuntes. :P Mario Steele http://enchantedblade.trilake.net Attaining World Dominiation, one byte at a time...
