 I think that DJGPP requires a external DPMI to run so this would be
 a problem so you would have a problem interfacing Euphoria with it.

 Once again this goes back that the fact that the basic CORE langauge
 is lacking features that allow Euphoria to interface to other langauge.
 RDS could add PE or LE type DLL support if they wanted to because it
 is already done in other DPMI public domain software, or they could
 add a simple assembler interface like in qbasic and let the users add it.
