anybody who wants to distribute my file with their project (like a IDE =
for example) all I expect is the standard recognition in an about box or =
a reame.txt, so feel free to use it.

I have been having a go at writing a Euphoria Help System, which I was =
calling HelpEu. The idea was that you could expand the help dataabase by =
importing a format of help file (readable as is), and I would provide an =
API to allow anyone to write HelpEu into their editor. However, this =
would all be plain text. It seems I have been beaten to the punch!
