mWin DOS window manager

I've updated my mWin DOS window manager. It now has widgets on the window
(minimize/maximize/close), as well as a number of bug fixes. It's not really
useful yet, but I think it's pretty neat anyway. smile

If someone would let me know how pathetically slow it runs on a 486, I'd
