Judith - moving controls in IDE

Judith, Just got the latest (v0.18.3) version of the IDE. When I move or resize a control around the form, the control does not follow the mouse. It does move when I release the mouse, however. Has anyone else reported this or is it just my flaky system (I still have the error with drawRectangle). Jonas
