I bet you're using eu2.3, as opposed to 2.4, which changed the way define_c_func/procs were handled in dll.e. I'm currently slugging through exotica to get it working with eu2.4 (partial success, and don't hold your breath). If you ARE using 2.4, please please please let me have the changes.
