How can I use palettes?
For excample if I want to display a 256 color bmp file with custom =
palette
how can I set the palette in mode 19?
It's not possible to type the 256 color palette in as a sequence..
can I somehow use a bmp/microsoft pal file?
..and is there a microsoft *.pal/bmp file with the 256 standard =
colors(dos)?
