Kali is a multiplayer gaming environment that uses IPX tunneling through TCP/IP to connect clients to Kali Servers. A lot of games like Descent or Duke Nukem had multiplayer IPX support for local area network play. The Kali program just migrated that to the internet, a version existed for both DOS and Win95, and cost only $20 for a one time regristration. You might be able to write a shell around it in euphoria, but I doubt an interpreted language would be great for the actual protocalls, PPP driver, etc... NEW!
