A little enhancement for our poorer members

I am not a commercial software developer, nor do I have 25 pounds to spare
right now, (poor student - you know) but I would like to share something a
little irritating which I think could be removed at no cost to man or beast.

There is nothing more irritating than after having patiently waited during the
downloading of the latest game, fractal generator or eu editor to get that
horrid 'An error has been detected in your program' message. When this happens
before the prog has done anything, or at some point during, you have no idea
what is wrong, nor can you assist the programmer with a bug report. The
chances are that it works on their computer, and if you live 3000 miles apart
they cannot really pay you a visit, so in my eyes their rests three solutions

1. (Don't look at this one Rob)
They naughtily send you the registered version of ex.exe, you run it, report
the bug and then delete it coz you have not yet paid. (Now there's a good kid)

2. The non-intuitive solution
Sit on your butt and hope they fix it in the next release.

3. Here comes the idea.
EX gives this message, followed by an ecrypted message, the decoder for which
only comes when you register. All the poor student has to do then is mail
ex.err as an attachment and hey presto ! bug report !
Obviously nobody is expecting clients to have to register Eu, but this idea
allows them to send back full bug reports, without getting the full
capabilities themselves.
