I haven't made any final decisions,
but I'm thinking it will be an option
you can choose when you register or upgrade.
If you want it, you'll pay extra. If you don't want it,
you won't have to pay for it. I don't know what
the price will be. I don't think I would issue some kind
of "300-limited" PD version.
