So this is adjustment of his mailer.

But why does Topica show the first good part and
that extra second part, which is full message with
all service data encoded ?

My Internet Mail shows only short readable text,
and keeps that encoded part hidden, but
doesn't show that there is attachment in
this message.

So, Topica must be checked for bug,
and IE5, and all that mailers which
show the attachment without command.
And doesn't show the presence
of the attachment, which may be very
important.   888---(((
