Euphoria RPC ??

Is there an easy way in euphoria windows to do a
remote procedure call across a TCP\IP network. I
tried eusock's wsclient/wsserver but that does not
seem to work. What I'am trying to accomplish is to
remotely execute the dialup networking using the
ms internet connection sharing that is included in win98.
This can be done by using IE5, but the only trouble is that
every time I want to use the browser to view something
it starts dialing the phone; which I don't want.
So I would like to do this with euphoria. I looked
netbios but it requires using a windows static library.
I think it could be done with wininet but that I think
that requires com. Pete's rpc code for linux is what
I am looking for. Does anyone have any suggestions ?
