Just make your message *off line*, send it *off line* and then,
when you'll get mail *on line* this message will be sent
automatically before getting.

Open that file with Notepad, open mailer editor's window,
copy/paste text from Notepad into mailer's window.
Or just attach that text file to your message.
(push the button with *clip for paper* on toolbar).
These tips are for the MS Internet Mail mailer.
It is not clear from your message's property what
is your mailer, but, I think, something similar to
these features you have in your mailer too.
