This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0015_01C16793.5D6C0BE0 boundary="----=_NextPart_001_0016_01C16793.5D6C0BE0" ------=_NextPart_001_0016_01C16793.5D6C0BE0 charset="iso-8859-1" Using win32lib. Is there a way to select an item in a SortedList. I want to be able to select an item in the list then display all of the item's associated information in EditText boxes. Specifically, I want to be able to select a person's name from the SortedList, find that name in a data file, and then display information linked to that name like; Street address, City, State, Zip, Phone, etc., etc. Is there some other control similar to a SortedList that I should be using instead? I tried to do a procedure from onGotFocus[SortedList] then getSelectedText, but that went into the procedure without selecting any entry. Then I RTFM, which I think says getSelectedText only works with ListView and not SortedList. Is that correct? ------=_NextPart_001_0016_01C16793.5D6C0BE0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" http-equiv=Content-Type><BASE href="file://C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\"> <STYLE></STYLE> <META content="MSHTML 5.00.2614.3500" name=GENERATOR></HEAD> <BODY background=""> <DIV>Using win32lib.<BR>Is there a way to select an item in a SortedList.
