I use this version on Linux Mint Debian Edition Gigi (based on Debian Trixie) x64: 

Euphoria Interpreter v4.2.0 release 
   64-bit Linux, Using System Memory 
   Revision Date: 2025-01-24, Id: 22b5124

I downloaded euphoria_4.2.0_dev_22b5124_Linux64.tgz when it was available on github. It already contains binaries so I just had to move binaries to the right place.
