Originally it was in Euphoria, but there were a few problems which I couldn't resolve - I don't fully remember what they were, but they went away when I tried Phix, so it's been Phix ever since.

Yes, you can freely download it from hypatia-rpn.net, also the source code, though this is regrettably poorly documented.

If you have a look at it, I'd be happy to hear what you think!
