The httpd error log shows "AH10411: Rewritten query string contains control characters or spaces." Googling that message leads me to this thread: https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/q/141837

Looks like changed was implemented on 5 Mar 2023, published through CentOS on 5 Apr 2023 (httpd 2.4.6), and I ran updates on 7 May 2023.

As a workaround, you can replace the spaces in the URL with + to get to the page. I will look into fixing it permanently.

Fixed. Added B flag to rewrite rule for wiki links: https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/rewrite/flags.html#flag_b
