Might be educational to read how you optimized the code, in a side-by-side, of why the original code ran slowly, and why your's runs faster. I mean, if you have a spare moment. On the overall big view, not the nitty gritty, unless you have written a book on it? Is your magic Phix-specific, general good programming practice, etc?
