The challenge is on.  Can you make a faster version?

stctchk.e --structure check

    This is what I have put together to do check the structure of data.  To
make sure the data reasonably fits within the rules that I have set forth.
Feel free to use this code in any way you see fit.

    If you manage to make it faster without sacrificing any of the
functionality then please let me know.  I prefer to maintain the current
style of error coding.  The errors codes pinpoint exactly where the error in
the structure occurs.
