Euforum time, how does it work?

Here in Ohio, my computer clock reads 4:15 p.m. Yet my post at 3:45 p.m. is marked Tue 20 20:45. Why is it so far off? Strange canadian time zones maybe? Jeremy Edmund Burke: "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing."
