Good news! Rob agreed point the domain to my shared host (which is where I run usingeuphoria.com and the email for openeuphoria.org).

I'm uploading the backup he sent me right now.

You can access the site here temporarily: https://rapideuphoria.usingeuphoria.com/

I'll update when I get the original domain online as well.
