Ok, did, opened console in C:\Program Files (x86)\Phix\ and this occured:

 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Phix>pw pdemo -settings 
 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Phix> 
 

and then this in a new console happened:

phix.0.8.2.setup.exe located in C:\Users\user
