If the source code is the documentation, then the source code needs to be up to date and correct.
Which means updating the source code, re-generating all documentation created by that source code and updating the website.
Every time an error or omission is found in the docs.
Every time a bug is discovered.
Every time Windows or Linux or Watcom or whoever changes something.
When that happens, a new release must be prepared.
If all this is done in a timely manner, then the idea should work.
Even though there is a logical flaw in thinking that it can ever be completely correct. Perfection eludes us humans.
Wouldn't it be a whole lot easier to correct the docs online?
