Installed a fresh virtual Win10 using VirtualBox.

This is on 64bit Mint18 notebook.

A .exe file appears using Digital Mars.

Win10 says it cannot run this file.

For this kind of development we should first start with virtual operating systems. That way at least we can have identical starting points; identical OS and identical OE installations.
