I checked into the problem, and it is not unique to Nexus Radio. Some apps need certain privlages to run correctly, Adobe Photoshop for one. The installer is suppose to set the privileges to allow everyone to use it, but for some reason its not. So when you run Nexus Radio under a account with low privileges it crashes because it can't access certain registry keys.
