Greg, I'm using TDM-GCC. Here's output of gcc -v: 

PS C:\Users\FOADDEV> gcc -v 
Using built-in specs. 
COLLECT_GCC=C:\TDM-GCC-32\bin\gcc.exe

If you're on a 64-bit version of Windows, make sure you're using TDM-GCC-64 instead. It can compile to 32-bit and 64-bit.

I think I tried both... I will try again.
