You'd have a chatroom per project, and with more than a few rooms, people's
talents would be spread thin... Just the same, i recommend Sorcery.net. Near
zero lag, chanserv and nickserv don't go down, and almost no netsplits. And
no pervs like dalnet. Plus, they have a friendly bot policy for friendly and
useful bots. Plus, i am there 24-7 in one form or another.
