cursor(NO_CURSOR)

With Windows 10, cursor(NO_CURSOR) stops the cursor from blinking.

How do I get the back to blinking?

I tried cursor(BLOCK_CURSOR) cursor(UNDERLINE_CURSOR) cursor(THICK_UNDERLINE_CURSOR) cursor(HALF_BLOCK_CURSOR ) cursor(BLOCK_CURSOR)

None do anything after cursor(NO_CURSOR).
