Libharu dll trouble

I am using the excellent libharu4eu to create pdf files. It works really well and does everything I need but there is one little thing that is annoying me: Text can't be vertically centred inside a rectangle (field). This was an issue in prior versions but is now corrected. Trouble is the dll that Guillermo linked to was from an older version of the library. Can some nice person please compile the source to produce an updated win32 dll?
