IDE -- styles, etc

I'm working up control styles for the Property Sheet. I've got BS_MULTILINE
and ES_NUMERIC. If there are anymore desired right now, please e-mail me.
These are styles for controls that are not WINDOW.

I've fixed the bug that crashed IDE Editor combo boxes.

I've gotten a version of IDE converted for win32lib.ew version .55.

I'll have both out on the home page as soon as I add any new styles. I'll
post a message when I do.
