I have not really used it. So i can't say very much.
But i do not like it. I do not like the case sensitive string parameters. 

IupSetAttribute( dialog, "SIZE", "200x100" ) --okay 
IupSetAttribute( dialog, "SiZE", "200x100" ) -- not okay lower case 'i'
