Cannot compile any program

I've just installed Euphoria, with the bundled Watcom compiler, and then I tried to compile some program.

It seems that euc fails to do its job : I'm trying under windows 7 sp1, euc 4.05

Here are the commands and the results.
Any suggestion ?
