Specifically, all you need to get Euphoria to say hello is:

puts(1, "Hello World!\n")

without the while loop.

I have written email messages to the webmaster, and the webmaster of the
site from which the error was copied, suggesting they correct this. It took
me about two minutes, three if you count this message also....
