Sure can. A documented problem (tho hardly spoken of), I
remember someone else brung it up, and then one of the win32lib
team found out GetWindowInfo was a win98 function. (Altho it could
also be a win95/ie5 function too, i believe)
I might be wrong, I just remember this off the top of my head, which
is cluttered with other things too :)
